LIST OF CONDITIONS
Conditions of Chronic Hyperventilation That May Be Improved With Buteyko Breathing
Method
List of Conditions was compiled by Dr Buteyko and his medical staff during his 50 years of research,
testing and confirmation of efficacy of the Buteyko Breathing
Method.
IF your conditions/symptoms are the result of Over-Breathing then it may be
possible to reduce the symptoms of your
condition by learning and practicing the Buteyko Breathing
Method.
If you have a chronic condition, and would like to reduce or even
eliminate their symptoms then learning the Buteyko Breathing Method may
help you.
Anyone breathing a volume of air that exceeds the needs of their
body can benefit from learning and practicing Buteyko. Dr. Buteyko
found that the symptoms of Over-Breathing can be entirely different
depending on the person and their genetic make-up. This is why the
list of conditions and their symptoms is so varied.
Simply taking the time to learn the Buteyko approach and practising
it consistently brings a person's breathing back to normal. This
may alleviate life-long allergies, reduce and eliminate wheezing
and attacks, stop snoring and reduce sleep apnea. A Buteyko
Educator can assist you to determine if learning Buteyko can help
you.
